O.K. it's not mine but it should work as good.
1) take any memorymanager.dll from a newer game ( newer meaning recent like after ps allies and also I'd recommend a big memory intensive game dll ) and rename it MemoryManager.dll . Backup your ps one and place this one in your ps folder where your original was. Start a new campaign to test.
Reasoning: some memory locations for read/write of PS/Allies game memory manager driver are most possibly trying to read/write to protected OS system memory reserved address ranges. This should help greatly reduce or elliminate that ctd problem for you safely without any harm to your game or rig.
devil.dll do a google search and dl the newest one you can find. You could also do this for any other common use driver.
good luck

Memory fix for allies & the first game . You won't have to start a new campaign.
For any peeps who want to try it out you can download it here: http://www.savefile.com/files/1818600
download devil.dll : http://www.savefile.com/files/1820802
Instructions:
1) backup your MemoryManager.dll located in your \Pacific Storm Allies\bin folder then simply copy paste this one.
2) play

notes: this one is much larger then the default one. Haven't done any in depth testing with it yet but thus far game seems to run fine with it.
